Designer Genes is our team celebrating our amazing girl and the beautiful Down syndrome community! Our name is a fun play on “designer jeans,” but with genes because Down syndrome is a genetic condition caused by an extra copy of chromosome 21. To us, that little something extra is something worth celebrating!
