Register for the 2024 Buddy Walk

Please complete the following sections to register for the walk, join a Spirit Team, or make a donation. You can choose any or all of these options, but everyone must fill out the “Contact Information” section.  Payments will be processed through PayPal. If you want a record of your registration information, use your browser to print the form once you have it filled out.

Online registration will be accepted through Friday, September 8.  On-site registration is also available the day of the walk.

Whether or not you are planning to walk, donations to CIDSO are always appreciated!

- Registration Fee is $5.00 for every walker over age 5.
- Walkers age 5 and under are free, but should still be registered to walk.

- Show your support year-round by purchasing a 2018 Buddy Walk t-shirt for only $10.00
- Shirts are 100% polyester in gray with a Buddy Walk logo on the front.
- Pick up your pre-ordered t-shirt the morning of the walk.
